I got it to enroll and connect with no issue but then it had trouble reporting status and was showing unavailable. I have the schlage connect z wave model be469. With wink all i had to do was add the device and then i was able to get push notifications every time it was locked unlocked i could view code. I installed this lock in january 2019 along with rboy lock apps. Smartthings works with door locks. Then about a month ago it started going to unavailable. My latest frustration is with my door lock.

All the features that are enabled by smartthings for schlage connect work the same for other types of schlage smart locks. Schlage has enabled connectivity with smart things for all of the models of smart locks it manufactures.
